Return Process

Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags, shoe boxes, and accessories, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Converse
Schedule a pickup with our preferred courier or drop off the package at an authorized shipping point using the prepaid return label provided in your account.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
